We would like to bring to your attention the newly launched EU Sanctions Helpdesk, a dedicated platform designed to assist European operators in complying with European Union restrictive measures (also known as sanctions) imposed worldwide.
Primarily aimed at Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), the Helpdesk provides tailored support and resources for conducting sanctions due diligence checks. It plays a key role in the European Union’s efforts to help European businesses navigate and adhere to EU sanctions regulations effectively.
The Helpdesk covers all UN and autonomous EU sanctions.
What Does the EU Sanctions Helpdesk Offer?
The Compliance Support Service
The most important feature offered is the personalised Support Service. It provides direct, one-to-one consultations with an expert team to assist in sanctions due diligence checks.

About the Initiative
The EU Sanctions Helpdesk is implemented on behalf of the European Commission by an external service provider as part of the “Support to EU SMEs on EU Sanctions Due Diligence” project (NDICI FPN FPI 2023 / 449-650), which is funded by the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) and managed under the auspices of the Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services, and Capital Markets Union (DG FISMA).
